Return and Refund Policy

In case of problems with the product after receiving you can get back exchange or the paid price of the purchased product subject to the following conditions that the product is broken, torn, wrong size, manufacturer fault, product isn’t working, the product does not match with the picture.

You must notify us by email or customer care within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the delivery to get back exchange or refund.

The product will be delivered subject to order stock. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the promised delivery time of the seller.

Grieo reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after order confirmation.

You must return the product to Grieo warehouse within 7 working days through courier service at your own risk.

In case of exchange or refund, the product must be completely entire, unused and fresh with the box. If any part of the product is missing then it will not be applicable for exchange or refund.

You must submit complete unboxing video evidence of the product to receive the exchange or refund.

Products purchased using any coupons and vouchers will not be refunded and will be exchanged due to product error. Coupon and voucher value are not refundable.

You will be considered eligible for a refund only through the medium through which you will make the payment. Refunds typically take up to 10-12 working days for us to process. It can take an additional 10 business days for your Bank Account/Credit Card/MFS company to credit the refund to your account, depending on their own processes.

Refund Charge

We will refund typically take up to 10-12 working days for Bank Account/Credit Card/MFS without any refund charge. But If you added fund by using MFS, then 2.5% refund charge will be applied.
